Clem is more than just our mechanic. He is the heart and soul of our workshop. With every bike he repairs, Clem brings 100 percent dedication, precision, and genuine love for the craft. A lifelong cycling enthusiast, Clem’s passion for bikes began at a young age and has only grown stronger over the years.His fascination with the mechanical side of cycling, from gears and chains to frames and brakes, means no detail is too small and no challenge too great. Whether you are a casual rider or a seasoned cyclist, Clem treats every repair as if he were working on his own bike. His deep knowledge, careful attention, and friendly nature make him a trusted face in our cycling community.
Florian
The Barista
Flo is the person behind the counter in the early hours, making sure your coffee is strong and your day starts right. If you come in during the morning, Flo will be the one welcoming you, usually with a smile and your go-to order already in mind.
He has a calm and easygoing way that makes mornings feel less rushed. Whether you are stopping by on your way to work or taking a quiet moment before the day gets busy, Flo creates a space where you can settle in and feel comfortable. He takes his time with each coffee, not because he is slow, but because he cares that it is done properly.
Flo has been part of our shop since the beginning, and many of our regulars know their day does not really start until they have had a quick chat or a quiet nod from him.
